Next production line Cyrel 3000 of the largest format was installed. As always, it includes kopiorama, processor to treat the plates, dryer and final exposure unit. However, each of these devices has the latest technology for the production of photopolymer printing plates. This time the kopiorama has so-called “cooled table” where reduced temperature stabilizes monomer that is not subject to stress during UV polymerization.
Also, the washout processor has been upgraded – extra section – making the treatment process more delicate as the plate stays shorter time in the solvent.
Additional ventilation systems in the dryer ensure more uniform temperature distribution, which improves the structure and stability of photopolymer printing plates.
