During DRUPA 2016 CHESPA presented the universal series of water-based inks FlexiUniLam for laminated flexible packaging.
This is the latest generation of inks designed for reverse printing on activated film substrates (PE, OPP, PET, OPA) with further lamination process.
For fair purposes it was manufactured an advertising bag “Beauty in detail”.
The PET film has been printed in reverse with water-based inks and then laminated with PE film using solvent-free adhesive.
The bag was printed on 8 color machine with screen rule of printing plates 150 lpi and working speed 300 m/min.
The advantage of FlexiUniLam series is a very good adhesion. Inks are excellent for screen printing with tonal gradient to 1%.
