Corrugated board

Characteristics of printing on corrugated board requires foremostly the application of plates with appropriate level of compression and this depends on their thickness.
Therefore, our product range includes plates from 2.84 to 6.35 mm. Currently all the plates for corrugated board are supplied mounted on foil with strips, rivets (of each system) and control printout of accuracy of color register.
Montage takes place on the Macroflex devices, and the system of cameras and imagining of register marks on the monitor ensures accuracy between the colors up to 0.03 mm. Due to each time higher requirements of the print quality – fitting accuracy, the size of small components, screen ruling –the forms of lower thickness (2.84 mm, 3.18 mm, 3.94 mm) are used and glued on the film with a compressible foam to obtain a suitable total thickness.
