Privacy Policy

1. DEFINITIONS

Administrator – the site administrator “Chespa” (www.chespa.eu) is Chespa sp. z o. o., Based in PL-47-316 Chorula, ul. Opolska 10 A, having NIP 755-18-20-932 and REGON 532341367;
User – an entity using the Service, telecommunication service or requesting the provision of such services;
Website – HTML document (text file is read by the browser) is available on the Internet by a web server;
Operator Service – an entity which is not a Administrator, maintaining page on their servers; operator service “Chespa” is;
Service – a group of related, in order to broaden the functionality of websites operating in the domain www.chespa.eu;

2. GENERAL INFORMATION
